Without doubt, one of the best things about my job is seeing things come together. Every now and again, just when it feels like everything that could go wrong is going wrong, something suddenly goes right. Not just a little bit right, but a lot right. And before you know it, you've got a success on your hands.

These moments make up what marketing people like to call the "wow" factor.

Apparently, all the best products and services have got one. It's what sets one organisation or product apart from the rest.

And "wow" is certainly a good way to describe an experience I had last week. I was visiting a local school where we've been doing a lot of work recently. One of our more ambitious ideas for the school was to set up a radio station. We've put a few quid into this particular project, but it hasn't been without its problems. Most of them caused by the fact we've never set up a radio station before.
