Let me introduce Lisa. I work alongside Lisa for a few hours each week at our lesbian and gay youth group. And besides talking about all the usual stuff like what we did at the weekend or where we're off to on holiday, we also enjoy an ongoing discussion about the point of youth work.
For Lisa, youth work should really be all about relationships, building social networks and our connections with each other, not learning how to put a condom on a banana.
