How do you do that? I work across all the different divisions and liaise with all the human resources people. My job is an awareness-raising exercise: I do a lot of presentations to different divisions to make sure they understand what The Prince's Trust does and how it's linked to the RBS group. The key thing is that people realise volunteering can contribute to staff development and how they can support young people in their local communities.

The most important part about my job is building up strong relationships with the group.

How is the charity linked to the RBS?

One of the unique points of the partnership is that we've actually linked all our volunteering opportunities to their staff development programme.
