What is your role? To lead the organisation and develop new programmes.

How long has Bigga Fish been running? We've been going for five and a half years now. On average we work with about 670 young people a year directly. We also run life-skills showcase events and have a float at the Notting Hill Carnival.

Which young people do you work with?

All of our services are mobile, so we work in schools, prisons and with youth offending teams. We're kind of similar to Positive Activities for Young People.

Do you target any particular groups? We work with any young people, but we have built a strong track record working with those that are hardest to reach.
