This is the flagship project for the trust so we hope that other National Trust properties will follow suit. A lot of my work is with other internal staff at the trust.
Where do you work? Tyntesfield is a Gothic-revival Victorian mansion near Bristol that was saved for the nation in 2002.
It still needs 10m for repairs and to develop education, training and access opportunities. We've applied to The Heritage Lottery Fund for some of the money.
What is your target audience? The target group is 14- to 25-year-olds in north Somerset and Bristol, and the learning opportunities I am working to develop include both heritage skills and skills relevant to the modern day.
