How did you get into this? I've been in the job for a year and a half.

Before this, I managed the stimulant users' service at Crew 2000 - an information, advice and support service in Edinburgh for young people who use dance drugs. Before that, I did sexual health work. Both projects involved young people as peer educators.

What do you get out of it? I have the privilege of visiting projects throughout Scotland, as far afield as Orkney. There's a lot of travel involved, to find out about the range of initiatives out there. I get pleasure from seeing projects I've worked with progress from the seed stage to becoming sustainable peer education projects.
