My main role is to run the Learn To Earn project. This is a business course that teaches young people everything a basic business needs. I also run a web project and do a moving on session for young people on where they want to go after Fairbridge, which is a charity for inner-city youth.

How did you get into youth work? I had always been into sports and recreation.

I went to college at 18 knowing that was what I wanted to do. As part of my course I spent two days at a sports centre but it was overstaffed and so I spent one day in the centre and another in an after-school club.
