BACK PAGE: And this is what I do - Andy Hull, activitiesco-ordinator, Karrot Project, Southwark Police

1 min read

What's a typical day? I scamper around the London Borough of Southwark and elsewhere in London meeting the most amazing variety of people: teenagers, teachers, parents, businesspeople, volunteers, cops and the odd robber. A large part of my time is spent in Karrot Corner - our office in the nick - writing reports, organising timetables of activities and deployments, calling partners to keep everything on track.

How did you get the job? I had just finished at college, I saw an ad,came for an interview and never looked back.

What got you the job? Unbridled enthusiasm, a passion for the cause and a willingness to learn.
