What's a typical day for you? I work with three young people at the moment and I take them out around Cambridgeshire. I chat to them and set them targets such as saying please and thank you, or stopping swearing. Often they don't set targets themselves, so this can build their confidence.

There's also a lot of writing up in the office with diary sheets and costings.

Do you link with other organisations in your work? I meet with my boss every two weeks for ongoing supervision of my work. I also talk to referrers, the police, social workers and Connexions staff.
