The youth charity's scheme currently runs in west Essex, east London and north London. It rewards 11- to 25-year-olds in schools, sports groups and youth clubs who demonstrate an achievement in areas such as citizenship, or have managed to turn their lives around.
Each month a young person on the scheme is nominated by their group and receives a certificate and cheque of up to 300 as a reward for them to spend on their entire group.
