VIRTUAL CONNEXIONS CENTRE

Aim To make information, advice and guidance services more accessible

Funding Milton Keynes Council

Young people in Milton Keynes can now access interactive information, advice and guidance online thanks to a new virtual Connexions centre.

The service allows young people to have real-time chats with Connexions advisers and is run by Prospects Services alongside a new Connexions base in the centre of Milton Keynes.

Michael Larbalestier, Prospects' head of research, says: "It's providing guidance services from a virtual centre as opposed to a real one. It is very much about widening access and reaching young people who are not using the existing centre in Milton Keynes."
