Permanent board members of the council, which aims to create joined-up work between professionals in the sector, include John Papworth, chief executive of Connexions Humber; Bob Reitemeier, chief executive of The Children's Society; and James Kempton, deputy leader and executive member for children and young people for the London Borough of Islington.
