Colchester YMCA's Young Deaf Club is to start offering activities and support to deaf teenagers throughout Essex after teaming up with the Royal Association for the Deaf. Colchester YMCA plans to develop activities across the county as part of the association's Full Potential scheme, which aims to boost young deaf people's skills.
