Although we sometimes help individual parents, we focus on the big picture and try to ensure that the common-sense view of what being a parent involves is represented. For example, we lobby Parliament on parents' behalf.
Describe a typical day? I am responsible for the day-to-day management of the organisation, and always begin the day by updating our web site with parent-focused news. I also monitor the online discussion forum to make sure that it is not abused and I respond to queries.
