Describe a typical day. I work out menus for the week on Sunday.
If I've had a good day I might have run out of food so I start the day doing a supermarket run. We open at nine for light snacks, and tea and coffee. I get the children's food ready by 11.30 and send it along on a trolley to the nursery.
What other agencies and who else within your own organisation do you have to work with? I work with our director and finance officer.
There are also two ladies who work with me in the kitchen and running the till.
