Wales: Sector in praise of late commissioner

Clarke was appointed as the first Children's Commissioner for Wales in 2001.

Jane Davidson, the minister for education, lifelong learning and skills, said: "He made an impressive first children's commissioner in the UK." Sir Al Aynsley-Green, Children's Commissioner for England, said that it was a "privilege" to work with Clarke.
