WALES: Child poverty is tackled in Wales

The group is part of a strategy that includes consulting young people about their direct experiences and views of poverty.

The group's work will include auditing existing Welsh Assembly policies and programmes that have an impact on child poverty, and preparing a report on which the Assembly can develop proposals for the UK's first children's commissioner.
