A spokesman from the charity confirmed V is expanding its offer as future funding from government remains in doubt.
Today (30 November) chief executive Terry Ryall will launch Volunteering Works, an employee volunteering website that provides employers with tools to monitor and measure the impact of employee volunteering as part of corporate social responsibility goals.
Businesses will be expected to make a donation to the charity to access the website, but charities will be able to post volunteering opportunities for free.
"The government is challenging voluntary organisations to find new ways to sustain charities working with young people and this is one of the ways V intends to do so," said Ryall.
