The National Youth Agency: Survey shows the benefits of health workby youth services

1 min read
The National Youth Agency has published the results of a major new survey into young people's health.

Working with local authorities throughout England, the report Young People, Youth Work and Health, captures a snapshot of non-formal health education and service provision for young people by youth services across the country. It contains essential data and statistics and is available for free download from The NYA health resources site: www.nya.org.uk/health.

See the site too for four new case studies which summarise the health related work carried out by youth projects in England. These form the first of what will be a quarterly series, analysing and promoting good practice.

Visitors to the site can also sign up for the health news eBulletin and a range of other free newsletters.
