Rainer Wigan helps young people to live independently through support on education, employment, training, benefits, legal issues and offending behaviour.
Senior support worker Paul Weaver said: "Since the very start our services have been responding to service users' opinions, because we're often not fully aware of what's going on and how they see things, especially those with a long history with a range of agencies.
"Today we have agreed some clear priorities and plans for action to help sustain and develop service user involvement."
According to young participant Adele Gregson, these practical steps are vitally important "so we get our say about what we can do and how we can get involved in the service we receive. Because if we are giving input, then staff know what we want and services will improve for others after me."
