Act by Right, which looks at skills for the active involvement of children and young people in making change happen, offers national accreditation through ASDAN for those completing the full 50-hour, five-unit programme.
Bill Badham, development officer at The NYA and author of Act by Right, said: "We know that some groups or individual young people will complete one or more units without necessarily going through the whole workbook. This achievement also deserves recognition. So we've created a certificate for these groups that will now be included in the pack. It's also available for download from the Act by Right section of The NYA web site at www.nya.org.uk.
