The National Youth Agency: Rainer is first national voluntaryorganisation to adopt standards

This new participation strategy will build on Rainer's long history of service user involvement that already sees young people involved in all areas of the charity, from staff recruitment to service delivery.

Rainer works with more than 18,000 young people across the country. Hear by Right will allow it to thoroughly embed service user involvement by incorporating the "seven S model" of change: shared values, structures, systems, staff, strategies, skills and style of leadership.

The process should take three years to integrate.
