Neighbourhood Support Fund - West View Location: Hartlepool
Partners: Young people aged 13 to 19 who face barriers to inclusion are offered individual needs-based support. There is a strong emphasis on social outdoor activities in the early stages, leading on to training courses and individual goals. The project has excellent links with a range of local partners, including Connexions, youth offending teams and pupil referral units.
To date, 92 per cent of the young people who the project has worked with through the NSF funding stream have progressed on to education, training and employment.
