Neighbourhood Support Fund - M13
Location: Manchester
Project: Working in the inner city, the M13 project initially uses detached work to help build consistent relationships with young people and develop programmes and activities around their needs and interests. The project offers a wide range of activities, designed to increase young people's confidence, skills and active participation in decision-making.
A recent anti-racism residential included a walking tour of Liverpool and looked at the effects of the slave trade and the different forms of racism that developed from it.
