The National Autistic Society has relaunched its web site with the aim of improving access for disabled users. The site has been designed to comply with Web Accessibility Initiative guidelines and in accordance with RNIB recommendations.

The site, which is accessed by 22,000 visitors each month, features sections highlighting the advice and support available for people with autistic spectrum disorders and their families, carers and professionals who look after them.

Beyond Barbie

This new guide to community-based sex and relationships education for young women is based around the experiences of community workers. It uses examples of projects to highlight best practice and to show what approaches don't work. The guide highlights what young women want from SRE using their experiences, and there's also a supplement specifically for people working with African-Caribbean girls.
