Resources: Funding focus - Northumberland Group Fund

1 min read

What will it fund? The plan is to make a few major grants for capital or revenue projects to organisations working to enhance the educational and employment opportunities of young people aged up to 25 in Northumberland.

A number of smaller grants for project expenses, equipment and other capital items will also be available. All applications must be for charitable purposes and projects that should be funded from statutory sources will not be considered. Priority will be given to schemes that help young people gain employment.

Who can apply? Applications will be accepted for work throughout the county, with special consideration given to projects in disadvantaged areas. Applicants will need to demonstrate how work would continue when the grant ends.
