The project shows young people that they can have a "drug-free high". Each team produces an eight-minute dance and drama piece and they compete with other schools to win regional and national heats. I also link up with schools, youth services, drug action teams and radio stations to set up the events, which can take up to a year to plan.
How did you get into this job? I started as a young participant myself, and then volunteered for the Rock Challenge. When a position opened for a production assistant I applied and got the job. Four years ago I became the event producer.
