It's football set to music. The game is called Panna - if you nutmeg your opponent (kick the ball through their legs), you win. Panna football is played in Amsterdam, but I've adapted it and called it "Punnel futbol". At the moment, it's run through youth clubs but I'd like to run it through schools. It's for young people aged 11 to 18.

How did you get into it? I attended Positive Futures football sessions when I was about 13. They asked me to do coaching - I volunteered for six months at first, but, since February of this year, I've been paid.
