Goals: To provide young people in Enfield and Haringey with information and advice on relationships, sex and growing up

Funding: The Teenage Pregnancy Unit covers the 16,000-a-year running costs.

Harriet Yudkin never quite knows how young people will react when they step on board the 4YP bus. Since becoming co-ordinator of the mobile sexual health centre two years ago, she has encountered many different responses: "Some of the younger boys look embarrassed and start sniggering while others will just take it in their stride. But no matter how they react at first, you can usually get some good discussions going by the time they leave."
