Seven Joint Area Review reports published on the same day? Yes, in fact on World Mental Health Day - though whether that is an acknowledgment of the state of mind of those of us who read them all I'm not sure.
We're very grateful - what did you find out? Many policy or research reports look into "a problem" and by definition focus on what's going wrong, on how young people are missing out or suffering in some way. Because Joint Area Reviews are about the overall picture regarding outcomes for young people, we tend to get statements such as: "Outcomes for most children and young people in Barnet are good. Most are healthy, enjoy their education and achieve well, are well prepared for working life... most young people appear safe and there is good protection for those most at risk."
