The expansion of the project, which has run for three years, follows calls from daughters who wanted a similar weekend to be offered to them.
The Dads and Lads weekend used a mix of activities - including archery and climbing - to help fathers bond with their eight- to 16-year-old sons.
The new project, which will run in June, offers the same event for fathers and daughters.
Paul Bowen, advisory officer for youth work at Surrey County Council, said: "A lot of the daughters felt left out by the lack of a dads and daughters event and asked why they couldn't do it as well. This year we're doing something about it."
