CCP's Big Idea project is looking for 16 young people, aged 12 to 18, from across England to advise on the resources they would like to see in a flagship building for the children's sector.

CCP is a partnership bringing together national children's charities toexplore collaborative working and co-location in a shared building. TheBig Idea project will run for two years and is funded by Bridge HouseTrust.

The 16 young people will form a steering group that will meet four timesa year. The group will liaise with the charities, architects anddesigners and be actively involved in shaping the resources available inthe building.

"The involvement and participation of children and young people is anintegral part of the project," said Sally Whitaker, NCB's strategy andcommunications director, who is leading on CCP. "We want the building tobe welcoming and accessible for all young people and the steeringgroup's input will enable us to achieve this."
