NCB Now: Work together to promote health

Jo Butcher and Ellie Lewis from NCB children's development department will demonstrate how collaborative working can help practitioners meet the health and wellbeing needs of vulnerable young people at the annual conference of the Community Practitioners and Health Visitors Association which takes place in Bournemouth on 10 November.

This year's conference takes the theme of "partners in health", lookingat how joined-up working can promote health and reduce inequalities.

Butcher and Lewis will share findings from consultations with youngpeople and staff to explore the role of community practitioners andhealth visitors and discuss opportunities to strengthen their role inproviding holistic services to young people.
