NCB did however voice concerns, including the lack of measures toimprove support for unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and theunderlying challenges of providing child and adolescent mental healthservices for children in care.
Paul Ennals, chief executive of NCB, said: "The white paper represents astep forward in the journey of creating a coherent system of support.But the Government has further to go to demonstrate that all departmentsare speaking with one voice and working together."
