The Level 3 Work with Parents qualification, recognised by City & Guilds, will be awarded to candidates who deliver frontline services to parents or carers in children's centres or extended schools.
On 25 September, the first group of candidates completed the award's Unit 16, entitled Working with Parents to Engage Them in Their Children's Early Learning. A celebration took place at the Dali Universe exhibition in London, which included a discussion with participants and assessors to review how the unit supports learning and contributes to best practice. The afternoon concluded with an awards ceremony, during which the successful candidates received their certificates.
