Children in Wales is hosting an information day, which will provide information on policies and projects that support children, young people and their parents in order to prevent them from social exclusion.
Social exclusion refers to an experience faced by individuals or groups due to a range of disadvantages, such as lack of employment, low skills, poor health or discrimination. Particular groups are more at risk of social exclusion than others.
At the information day, delegates will have the opportunity to share practice from projects that support families and explore the issue of antisocial behaviour in relation to housing and issues facing young people from ethnic minority backgrounds.
