Bringing the Aiming High strands together allows us to work together to improve services across the board."
In partnership with the Department for Children, Schools and Families, The National Youth Agency and other key stakeholders, CDC is raising awareness of the barriers to accessing mainstream services. The council is also working with local areas to improve access to high-quality information and support for disabled young people. This will help them make informed choices about positive activities, volunteering, education and employment opportunities.
