This is the first ever webcast of its kind, with live and pre-recorded footage of youth leadership across England. Sports stars such as England footballer Gareth Barry are getting involved too.
It is an exciting opportunity for young people to change the image of the youth of today whether it be through sport, music, art, writing, drama or skateboarding. The webcast will showcase the diversity and quality of youth leadership across the sector and The Youth of Today encourages as many organisations as possible to get involved and send content - a video, photography, blog or a few words.
This is a chance for young people to have their five minutes of fame - or longer. Young people are invited to send in ideas of why they should have a slot on the show and give an example of what content they would like to add to the webcast. For more information go to The Youth of Today fan page on Facebook or www.theyouthoftoday.org.
