- When do you meet?
Jo: "Dylan has been coming to a breakdancing project once a week for two and a half years, and comes less regularly to a weekly football session. Both projects are funded by a local Coventry City Council grant and the youth opportunity fund. The breakdancing project was set up to help young people learn new skills, get some exercise and build teamwork and confidence through supporting each other. It's a lot of fun, and amazing seeing how they grow and develop."
- What do you do during the sessions?
Dylan: "At the dancing project we learn moves and routines, such as the 'back somer' - a backwards somersault. I'm quite good at that. I can also do the 'helicopter', which is when you lie on the floor, lift one leg and use it to jump over your other leg. It's not that difficult, it took a couple of weeks to learn."
