Live UnLtd backs young people aged 11 to 21 who want to change their world for the better.

What is it? The programme, which is supported by the Big Lottery Fund, Comic Relief and the Millennium Awards Trust, provides cash awards to support and launch projects that attempt to address challenges identified by young people.

How much is available? The average award is £1,500, with a maximum award amount of £5,000. For 11- to 15-year-olds the award size is limited to £500. In addition to this, the programme provides support from a member of the Live UnLtd team to guide young people through the process and help them acquire new skills. This "development worker" helps young people develop their idea, providing support and advice along the way.
