I was going to school in Germany, but was in England on holiday when I saw an advert at a bus stop for Lewisham College's music course. At the time, I was doing classical and jazz singing at school in Germany, but I wanted to do something more contemporary. I got in to Lewisham College and moved here.
It was a big change for me. The support I got from teachers and the guidance department was amazing. When I first arrived, I was just a singer. Coming to college inspired me to do more, and now I'm a producer as well, after taking a course in music technology. I can do my own backing tracks, and I've written tracks for theatre performances. I've also played at the Festival Theatre with the London Philharmonic Orchestra.
