Samantha Goldberg, manager of Freestyle, said: "It seems that a lot of local authority plans don't acknowledge sexuality, which is disappointing as there is a lack of youth provision for LGBT young people in general."
A pan-London youth council for LGBT young people will be launched on 13 November.
