When the Government's Sure Start programme attracted negative pressattention at the beginning of this year, dads at Sure Start RotherhamCentral children's centre were determined to tell their side of thestory.
Members of the centre's dads' group worked with local not-for-profitfilm company Silence Breaker Films to record their experiences.
"The group was involved in all aspects of the production and providedall the ideas for the subject matter," says dads' worker Ricky Marshall."Individual dads give an honest, frank and genuine account of how SureStart has made a difference to their lives and the lives of theirchildren."
