Little Brother is an initiative inspired by TV's Big Brother. Theproject uses video recordings and a web site to help seven- to10-year-olds have more say in their education.

Street Dreams, a voluntary group that works to improve relations betweenchildren and the community, decided that using the TV show as a basisfor the project could provide the ideal way to help disadvantaged pupilsin two Oxfordshire schools to tell teachers what they want.

In a take-off of Big Brother's diary room, the children tell a videocamera their thoughts on everything from uniforms to homework andbullying.
