Hull seeks out keen budding journalists

Youth Work
Hull City Council is looking for young people to work on its new youth magazine.

Young people aged 13 to 19 are needed to develop the concept, design and illustrations for the magazine. Possible articles could include reviews of independent shops in Hull as well as places to visit, and articles about talented local people.

Hull City Council youth development worker Kirsty Wilson said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for young people with an interest in the arts to express themselves creatively while working alongside professional artists to develop skills in journalism, design, illustration and magazine production."

The first edition will be published around Easter.
