Hot issue: Are young people included in national communitypolicies?

In some areas like ours, young people are represented and involved, but in other areas, national community policies are not so widely known about.

Shore Thing runs an annual Shoreditch festival, which a lot of young people are involved in. That enables young people to come along and get to know Shore Thing and find out what it's doing for young people and then gradually get involved in youth work.

But for many young people, initiatives such as this are not so widely known about, or maybe there are just not the initiatives there.
