The conception rate in Warrington has fallen by 17.3 per cent sincefigures for the teenage pregnancy strategy were first collected in 1998.Though it is on track to meet reduction targets, Warrington's teenageconception rates are 58 per cent higher in its inner city areas than inits outer wards.
