A spokeswoman for Torbay Primary Care Trust said: "We work very closely with young people, school nurses, schools and Torbay council. We've improved the information used in local sex education sessions, increased the amount of school nurse time to concentrate on the issue, and revamped sexual health resources and leaflets. A theatre in education programme, helping inform young people about sex, has also visited local schools."
