Eloise Owen, teenage pregnancy co-ordinator for Telford & Wrekin PrimaryCare Trust, said: "The rate of under-18 conceptions has fallen by 16.2per cent since 1998. We have a strong multi-agency partnership and havemade improvements in both the prevention of teenage pregnancy andsupport for teenage parents."
