Deborah Gibbin, teenage pregnancy co-ordinator for Hartlepool Primary Care Trust, said: "Partnership working is at the heart of the teenage pregnancy strategy. Innovative practice includes sex and relationships education delivery in primary schools using a locally developed resource and specialised support for young parents."
